NOTE* We require all potential renters to complete an application form as part of a pre-screening process. There is no charge for this and it does not affect your credit score. It is simply to determine your rent worthiness. Factors that may affect rent worthiness are past rental history, criminal history (especially if violence or drugs are involved), income ratio, length of employment and number of occupants per residence. We do not participate in the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) rental assistance program.
If you are interested in renting one of our properties or getting on a waiting list, simply fill out the application form on the Application tab and submit it for review. Background checks are typically completed within a few hours, but may take as long as 3-5 days during busy times, weekends or holidays. IMPORTANT***Falsified information or incomplete applications may delay or even cause your application to be declined, so be sure to answer all the questions fully and to the best of your knowledge.
