(1) criminal history (especially if recent or involving violence, weapons, drugs, theft, etc.)

Unexplained negative findings for any of the above areas or failure to provide accurate or complete information on this form may result in denial of your application.

We carefully consider all applications, but reserve the right to reject any applications based upon negative findings. Background checks are usually completed within a few hours. but may take up to 5 days.
